Zora (ZORA) Soars 54% Following Listing on Robinhood

ZORA's listing on Robinhood came as a surprise to many because it has the smallest market cap, as Robinhood typically lists larger tokens.

In a notable trend following an exchange listing announcement, Zora’s ZORA token has surged by 54% within 24 hours. The surge came shortly after it was listed on Robinhood’s cryptocurrency platform.

ZORA’s listing on Robinhood surprised many as it is the smallest asset, with a market cap of $150–$314 million. Robinhood typically lists larger tokens, indicative of its expansive approach to cryptocurrencies.

Immediate Market Response

The news of Robinhood’s listing of the ZORA token on its platform has generated excitement among crypto enthusiasts. This raised its trading volume by over 500% reaching $60 million on major exchanges like Coinbase, as many retail investors got involved.

Within a few hours, the token, which runs on the Ethereum Layer-2 network, saw its price jump from around $0.048 to $0.076. After hitting a peak of $0.076, the token has now settled around $0.072.

ZORA is a blockchain protocol on the OP Stack that supports digital creators through tokenized media and NFTs. It primarily runs on the Base chain, Coinbase’s Layer-2 network. The platform allows artists to create, trade, and earn from digital collectibles directly on-chain.

Since its launch, ZORA has enabled over 1.5 million token mints, with trading volumes hitting $420 million in 2025. The ZORA token is used for transactions, governance, and creator rewards, such as revenue-sharing royalties, making ZORA a key player in the creator economy within Web3.

Positive Future Outlook

Zora’s ecosystem, which has shown rapid growth, earned $5.57 million in revenue during the third quarter of 2025, showing an improvement from previous ups and downs. Key reasons for this growth include partnerships with the Base chain, which allowed Zora to surpass Solana in daily token launches last August.

Meanwhile, the recent surge is not an isolated case. For example, the token reacted positively to a 50% pump in early August, following renewed interest from high-net-worth investors. So far this year, Zora has seen $420 million in trading volume, indicating strong interest in creator tokens with real value, rather than those that are just speculative.

Unlike competitors such as Pump.fun, Zora focuses on sustainable rewards, like sharing revenue, which attracts institutional investors. Looking ahead, Zora plans to launch a new streaming feature by late October that could boost user engagement.
