The US spot Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs) recorded an unprecedented net inflow of $726 million on Wednesday, coinciding with Ether rallying to a multi-month high.

According to Farside data, the milestone marks a nine-day inflow streak totalling $2.2 billion since July 3. Interestingly, BlackRock (ETHA) led the inflow with $499.2 million, taking its cumulative net inflow to $7.1 billion.

Fidelity’s FETH, which has recorded minimal influx following the streak, followed BlackRock with a $113.3 million inflow. Furthermore, Grayscale’s ETH and ETHE, as well as Bitwise’s ETHW, logged a combined inflow of $101.6 million.

Other ETFs, such as Franklin (EZET), VanEck (ETHV), and Invesco (QETH), also saw substantial inflows of $5.1 million, $3.7 million, and $3.7 million, respectively. Meanwhile, 21Shares (CETH) has failed to register any inflow since July 11.

Ethereum Hits 6-Month High

In recent times, Ethereum, known for its robust smart contract features, has been making headlines. Ether, its native token, has grasped the attention of investors with its impressive price performance.

For context, over the past week, ETH has surged 25% to $3,478, a level last reached six months ago. This remarkable surge highlights a broader trend of growing trust in the token’s potential to transform the industry, partly driven by the momentum of Ethereum spot ETFs.

At press time, ETH shows no signs of slowing down, with the altcoin king steadying above the $3,400 mark.

Ethereum Climbs in Global Market Ranking

Following the recent price uptrend, Ethereum has achieved a significant milestone, climbing to the 26th position among global assets. As of the time of writing, the asset has a market capitalization of $415 billion.

According to data, Ethereum has surpassed traditional giants like Johnson & Johnson, Platinum, and ICBC. This positioning highlights Ethereum’s evolution from a niche cryptocurrency to a significant player in the global financial landscape.

Furthermore, this upward trajectory is more than just a numbers game, as it signals a maturing market where Ethereum stands out for its versatility and innovation, driven by its decentralized applications and growing adoption.
