Rich Dad, Poor Dad author, and popular financial professional Robert Kiyosaki have made a new Bitcoin call. In an X tweet on Wednesday, the business mogul stated that the largest crypto asset would hit $350,000 “sometime in 2024.”

“Bitcoin will be $350,000 by August 25, 2024 is not a lie. It’s a prediction. It’s speculation, it’s an opinion, but it’s not a lie. It’s sucker bait, but it’s not a lie because any prediction about the future is not a lie,” Kiyosaki stated in his tweet.

The renowned author made similar speculation in February, stating that Bitcoin would trade at $100,000. However, the prediction has failed to materialize as Bitcoin has been unable to retest its all-time high of $74,000, let alone reach six digits.

Kiyosaki Bullish on Bitcoin

Although the market has failed to live up to the post-halving hype, the Rich Dad, Poor Dad author has maintained a bullish stance on Bitcoin. Kiyosaki noted that he has continued to buy Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana as he is “quite certain their prices will continue to rise.”

The renowned author based his theory on the continuous rise of these crypto assets on macroeconomics, such as “the incompetence of our leaders, President Biden, Treasury Secretary Yellin, and Fed Chair Powell.” He insinuated that a foreseen US economic downturn would significantly profit digital assets like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana.

Kiyosaki has never hidden his criticism of the traditional financial system and the current US government. He once stated that the US economy would crash owing to increasing debt and proffered buying gold, silver, and bitcoin to solve the impending disaster.

The New Bitcoin Maximist?

Kiyosaki’s Bitcoin rant mirrors MicroStrategy’s owner, Michael Saylor’s unwavering support for Bitcoin. In a March 26 tweet, the billionaire author stated that he was a Bitcoin bull, noting that it was the perfect asset at the right time.

Saylor has been unapologetic about his incessant promotion of Bitcoin, making him one of the asset’s top maximalists. Kiyosaki’s recent rants about Bitcoin’s potential might soon earn him a special place in the hearts of crypto enthusiasts.
